Q: Are your products suitable for all skin types?

A: Yes! Our formulations are made with gentle, nourishing ingredients that are generally suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We always recommend doing a patch test before full use and reviewing the ingredient list if you have specific allergies or sensitivities.

Q: What types of products do you offer?

A: Abukki Botanicals offers a range of skincare essentials including body butters, salt and sugar scrubs, bath soaks, body oils, herbal infusions, and so much more to come. We also feature curated ritual kits and wellness teas that align with skincare, calming, and detoxification themes . . .because beauty begins within.

A: Yes! Every Abukki product is handcrafted and customized in small batches to ensure quality, care, and consistency. We infuse each creation with plant wisdom and intention so your self-care feels sacred from the first scoop to the last sip.

Q: What makes your ritual kits unique?

A: Each kit is designed to guide you through a mindful skincare or tea ritual with curated products, intentional steps, and affirming sensory experiences. Think of them as your personal ceremony for rest, renewal, and radiance.

Q: Do you offer sample or travel-size products?

A: Yes! Our Pocket Duo Discovery Set includes travel-friendly sizes of our bestsellers, perfect for trying out the collection or taking your ritual on the go. It’s also a great entry point for new customers to explore the Abukki experience.

Q: Are your ingredients natural and clean?

A: Absolutely. We prioritize naturally occurring, plant-based ingredients free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances. Transparency and quality are non-negotiable when it comes to what touches your skin or enters your cup.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S., however, we’re working on resuming and expanding our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Q: Can I customize my order?

A: While we don’t offer custom formulations at this time, our curated bundles allow you to enjoy a variety of our products in one package. We do however, offer bulk customized favors for various event types. Be sure to check out Abukki Custom Favors on our webpage.

Q: Do you offer gift options?

A: Yes! Many of our ritual kits and tea sets are designed to be beautifully gifted. We also offer seasonal packaging, occasion-specific tags, and mini kits that make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and “just because” moments. Gifting wellness is always in season. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary, and standard shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days domestically:

• United States: approximately 3–7 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs and times vary based on the destination. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

• International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding and will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Refund Policy

Q: Can I return or get a refund for skincare accessories, products, and candles?
A: We want you to be happy with your skincare items. At Abukki Botanicals, we understand the care it takes to trust something new on your skin. That’s why we’re honored you chose us. Your support means everything, and we don’t take it lightly. We proudly stand behind every product with unwavering confidence in our naturally derived, skin-loving formulations. Our promise? A glow you can feel: soft, nourished, radiant skin from face to sole. If you’re not completely satisfied with your "skinformation" within 30 days, we’ll make it right. Please follow these guidelines:  
1. Timely Inspection: Retrieve and inspect your items promptly upon delivery.  
2. Report Issues: Any damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at support@abukkibotanicals.com.  

3. Eligibility:  
 - Skincare products may be eligible for replacement or store credit under specific circumstances. Must be reported within the specified time and accompanied by proof (e.g., photos of damage or discrepancy).  
 - Due to the nature and customization of products, returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted. 

All Sales Are Final. Store Credit Only Based On Eligibility.

Additional Notes:  Seasonal kits, specialty items, and all sale items are final sale. Return/refund requests will not be honored. Return shipping will be required by customer to return address provided during return processing request.

Warning: - Refunds for melted skincare items during warmer months will not be refunded or exchanged as we have safeguarded items for transport. Please retrieve items promptly upon delivery to avoid melted skincare items.

- We recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped.  
- If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us in the event we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Q: What about apparel products?
A: Apparel and all Pretty Serene Collection items may be eligible for replacement or store credit if they arrive damaged or defective. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem to support@abukkibotanicals.com.
