A: Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs and times vary based on the destination. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs.

A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Q: What if my order is delayed?
A: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding and will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Refund Policy

Q: Can I return or get a refund for skincare accessories, products, and candles?
A: We stand behind the quality of our products and the care taken to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging and all tamper seals must be intact.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Any credits applicable will be sent after processing the return with Abukki Botanicals.

A: Apparel and all Pretty Serene Collection items may be eligible for replacement or store credit if they arrive damaged or defective. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.
