Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  
- Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your region:  
- Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after processing times.  
- International: 7–21 business days, after processing times, depending on your location and customs processing.  


- Shipping Delays: While we work hard to ship orders promptly, please understand that shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of Abukki Botanicals.

Your support means everything, and we don’t take it lightly. We proudly stand behind every product with unwavering confidence in our naturally derived, skin-loving formulations. Our promise? Please follow these guidelines:  
1. Timely Inspection: Retrieve and inspect your items promptly upon delivery.  
2. Report Issues: Any damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at support@abukkibotanicals.com.  

3. Eligibility:  
 - Skincare products may be eligible for replacement or store credit under specific circumstances. Must be reported within the specified time and accompanied by proof (e.g., photos of damage or discrepancy).  
 - Due to the nature and customization of products, returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted. 

All Sales Are Final. Store Credit Only Based On Eligibility.

Additional Notes:  Seasonal kits, specialty items, and all sale items are final sale. Return/refund requests will not be honored. Return shipping will be required by customer to return address provided during return processing request.

Warning: - Refunds for melted skincare items during warmer months will not be refunded or exchanged as we have safeguarded items for transport. Please retrieve items promptly upon delivery to avoid melted skincare items.

- We recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once shipped.  
- If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us in the event we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
